Pastor Sean Simplicio – Head Pastor
Sean strives to lead God’s church closer to Christ through caring for the needs of the members and through the sharing of God’s Word in Bible studies and sermons. He is passionate about sharing the treasures of God’s word in the weekly sermon as well as reaching the local community. It is also his desire to let people encounter a personal God every time they attend church.
Sean Simplicio began his pastoral work in 2003 with the Northern Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist in South Africa. In 2014 he accepted the call to be the Senior pastor of the Hanford Seventh-day Advents Church in the Central California Conference.
In 2003 he graduated from Helderberg College in South Africa with a BA in theology from Andrews University. In 2020 he completed a Masters degree in Theological Studies from La Sierra University.
Sean is married to Lizelle who currently works in the church office and is a substitute teacher at Armona Union Acadamy. Sean and Lizelle have one son Joshua. The Simplicio family love playing games together and going on road trips. Sean enjoys mountain biking, fishing, and camping as well as watching and playing cricket with Joshua.
